There is this thing in web design called "above the fold" where u assume the screen is like a newspaper, where if u fold it in half, the most important stuff is featured in the upper half. In other words, based on ur target screen resolution, u would want to put what you know your clients will want to read in the upper half of the screen, before they scroll. Out of curiousity, have you incorporated this thought into your design? Just asking. Look at http://www.bbc.co.uk/ for ideas.

Finally, I am looking at the home page and I don't see any particular news item, other than the Ngozi's resignation, that tickels my fancy. Though a cluttered site, you may want to look at www.nigeriaworld.com for ideas on how to divide your topics.

guy nice site, but that background doesn't fit that website just remove that background and put something similar to that sky blue u have, colour combination is the mother of website design.
