This is very interesting but maybe Coca Cola has refused to settle the AG's office. It is rare to see the AG concerning himself about serious issues like this. Mtn and other foreign companies keep ripping us off everyday and despite the tons of complaints the AG's office never even bats an eyelid. This case will never lead anywhere...they will settle it behind the scenes as usual while the consumers are literally hung out to dry. smh

They are not stu.pid. LOL
They know too much of anything is bad.
Especially with their 33cubes of sugar per bottle of mineral they produce.

They have contributed immensely to the growth of diabetes in the country. (say 78% contribution)

Knowing fully well that, the more the quantity, the more the sugar content.
They have therefore decided to reduce the quantity in order to enhance proper quality.

MTN's high fees have a lot more to do with the state of infrastructure supporting the GSM network in Nigeria...especially NEPA.

Until we have light 24/7....and a proper fiber-optic backbone....we will have high MTN bills.

Am sure you must have been paid!

Nigerians....always thinking about eating cake, without a thought as to how the ingredients for the cake are sourced for, and how the said cake would be baked.

Oh well.....an oil rich economy makes the citizens always expect Christmas in June.

THERE IS NO MATCH.

I read online the question a lady asked. The question is how can Buhari
who earns over 300million Naira yearly claim that he can not afford to
pay 27million Naira for
the APC presidential form. I became interested and decided to
investigate.

I went to the ministry of Finance where I discovered that it is true
that all former Presidents and Head of states actually get 23million
Naira monthly.

But I found out that General Buhari actually wrote the minister of
Finance to reject the N23million monthly pay. He said in his letter that
he will only accept 10 percent or that amount which is N2.3million and
that is what he has been taking. This is just to clear the air. What a
Nigerian! what class of integrity!
God please make us men and women of integrity. Amin.

I want them to prove me wrong by prosecuting the case to a reserved and logical conclusion.

Its like when Corruption was at its peak and then EFCC started going to court. We were all happy but at the end of the day how many efcc cases ended up in the corrupt persons being convicted. Now Efcc rush to court and release press statements about how they have charged so so and so to court but the case will end up being thrown out. What happened to Dimeji Bankole, Ikuforiji, Eratus Akingbola, Fred Ajudua and others.

The fact is that from our Nigerian experience, this case will end up nowhere. Immediately the press forgets about it they will settle.

stop saying what you don't know. How can they add 33 cubes of sugar to a bottle of coke. Do you know the difference between sucrose, fructose and inverted sugar. The fact that a product is sweet does not mean it contains high amount of sugar. More so, when the content of a product does not tally with the label, it is known as Misbranding. This is a punishable offence in Food Laws and Legislations. This international companies produce high quality products abroad and come to Nigeria to give us low quality. No matter how big they are, we must ensure quality at all times. I represent Nigerian Food Scientists and Technologists.

its given that the average Nigerian is pessimistic about Government policies, maybe due to the unfulfilled promises in time pastn but its sad if the first thought that runs through your mind when you hear of a policy/action is that,"it wont work". Be the change you want in Nigeria.

@akinsadeez...Your pessimism seems unbriddled...Guess you forget you've unwittingly defamed The Chief Law Officer of the Federation by asserting that maybe Coca Cola has refused to settle the AG's office.
Well what has elicited you interest happened because a responsive regulatory agency...The CPC...has lived up to its billings...& HAGF has to do his billings as well....To see similar reaction from the telecoms sector..you need to get NCC to wake up & weld the rod on MTN, Airtel, Etisalat etc...
