Jonathan just needed to do three things and the world especially the whole Nigeria - Yes! the whole Nigeria would have been begging him to continue. But, he failed woefully. These three things are:
1. Constant Power Supply
2. Creation of Jobs
3. Clamp down on Islamic Extremists.

For God's sake, how hard can these things be. This is not to say I am in support of Buhari or any of these old recycled politicians. Since they can't fix the country, let them give chance for others to try (Younger ones). The dilemma is that we are in a country where touts rise up and rule us with intimidation and ill gotten wealth.

We need a leader who can revolutionize our mindset. we need to go back to a society where hardwork is more honourable than looting. Where a farmer/teacher/brick layer/bicycle repairer/driver/Student is considered a better human being than a politician.

We need a society where medicine/Invention(Engineering) is satisfactory not for the money you are making but for what you are adding to the society.

We need a society where young ones want to practice Law because they want to help the victimized and not because it brings them closer to looting opportunity.

We need a society where we can say no to money wielding brigands and resist them like the devil they are while we dig deep and elevate the responsible ones among us with or without money.

Pastors! Pastors! Pastors! Please stop preaching Money! Money! all the time. Are you not tired of your lies? Can't you see it's destroying our society. What happened to the gospel. What happened to making eternity. What happened to Faith without Work?

We need a society where when we ask our young ones what they want to be in life, they say- Lawyer, Doctor, Engineer, Nurse, Musician, Footballer, Economist, Artist, etc and not this present society where the young ones will tell you I want to be a rich man when i grow up without any plans of how to become one.

We need a leader who can steer us in this direction. It is definitely not Jonathan, not Buhari, God forbid Atiku, or any of these politicians brandishing themselves.

Please, this is a dilemma. We need help. The people are not happy. This may not continue like this for long. I fear for our future.

A Nice Piece. To Supporters Of GEJ/GMB, Please, Don't Turn This "An Sparring Session". Just See The Sense In This. Until We Learn To Objectively Hold These Politicians Accountable, All We Will Continue To Get Is Pittance.

Like President Bush said, we need to make our offices strong. All of them have to be strong from Education sector to Security sector and the first step would have been taken. NAFDAC comes to mind.
