giv him semi solids made to a very light consistency, then gradually advance as he gets older. like pap(ogi), cerelac, and other baby cereals. you csn prepare mashed potatoes, rice and beans for him, without pepper.... but pls always observe ur baby for alergies, you withdraw d food, and introduce it later as he advances. I didn't use canned food for my kids at alll...
