A curious mind Is a healthy mind. I want to know how the conventional name 'Pastor' for men of God have been increasingly replaced with Papa, Mummy, and Daddy.

Could it be that the Pentecostals in an attempt to emulate the "Rev. Father" given to roman catholic priests and Anglicans alike, chose to identify their ministers with these unconventional and unrelated title like Papa, et al?

This is funny, what do you think?

Apostle Paul with all his exploits wouldn't even talk such appellation. Man and religion is like a junkie and his Junks

With the current trend, I fear that nigerians are highly gullible. It is very absurd to call a fellow man, who is anointed Papa, and Daddy. It is very preposterous. Who mandated people to refer to them as such?

Could this quote 'Corinthians 4:15-16' lend any credence to substantiate their argument (for those who practice this)?
