Hello All, So we all have games apps, utility apps and so on... but how many of us have health apps installed in our smartphones.. oya raise up your hand.. i am so sure only 2 out of 100 would raise up their hands ..lol.. anyways here is my research on the 2 apps that can save your life.. It would be wise for us to have them installed or have their equivalent installed .. FYI: YOU MIGHT NOT KNOW WHEN IT WOULD COME IN HANDY.. okay seat tight and grab your popcorn  1. Instant heart Rate (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=si.modula.android.instantheartrate&hl=en): Instant Heart Rate is the most accurate Heart Rate Monitor app for any smartphone and it does not need any external hardware. I tried using and guess what? It worked!, all you have to do is place the tip of your index finger on phone’s camera and in a couple of seconds your Heart Rate will be shown ...no flukessss. A real-time chart will show your every heart beat. Find-A-Med ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.find_a_med.app) : I saw this app on Nairaland, and i decided to download and check it out.. and thumbs up yoo. These app right here is really a lifesaver.. like i said earlier most of these health apps comes in handy when you least expect it. So it is better to have it.. What this app does is it uses your GPS to locate all hospital close to you in case of emergency when you cant go to your family hospital or preferred hospital.. It also helps you store your health records. and gives you daily health tips to improve your self..
