to allow you Create an Window and Window Phone Store app Easily by using any Template and easy to customize as you own
the first go to Microsoft App studio site
2 Click on Create a New Project
3. Choosing a Template and Edit the Feature
4. Save and Finish the Project
5. Generate your Application
6. download your source code or installable file
7.you can submit you app to upload to window phone store
