A combination of Amino 6000 and complan milk, I added wate-on to my first regimen. I saw results in two weeks! Moved from 53kg to 60kg. In one month I became 65k! However, it was hard to keep up with the expenses. I was set back a lot of cash the first month as I went through 3 packs of the complan and the wate-on.

Anyways, I became too heavy for me to carry... Couldn't run the stairs without heaving. Packed the fat on my bum, boooobs, checks and unfortunately some on my stomach. Hmmmm, couldn't stomach the idea of having big belly babes. Now I'm back to being slim again although still about 60kg. So think about it before going for it...

I use to be like you doing everything to add flesh to my tiny body but at last it came when I stop worrying over my stature and now the people that always abuse me of been tiny and lightweight will not stop abusing me again that I am too fat.

4. Take an appetite stimulant. It will make u hungry and eat, eat, eat.
