Fellow country men and women I’m beginning to wonder how this regime can actualize this so called 7 point agenda without achieving anything after 18 months. If am given opportunity to advise them I would have suggested they drop 6 point out of the 7 point and make sure they actualize 1 point. Because the way things are moving they might end up not achieving even a point.

What they have achieved so far and are seriously pursing is their unannounced 8th point agenda which is ‘arrest’.

Let this administration fix Electric Power generation and all other things shall be added unto the common man.
It is in Nigeria that the generality have proven that they can survive without this so-called thieving "government".
The abysmal lack of electric power supply however acts as a potent neurotoxin paralysing the common man and preventing him from delving into areas of self employed business opportunities that would otherwise ensure optimal self-sufficiency. No wonder the only business the average man can delve into is the okada business.

Mr. President, fix Power supply. Every other thing will easily fall in line.

ud4u,
why do u want us to say something when the ones we said in the past has little or nothing changed.
for your 7 points agenda with yar adua, it is designed to give room for third term.
the devil at the background of this administration is bent on having nigeria under his arm until death do him part.
the house will see reason to let yar adua continue in other to let him achieve these points that will put nigeria on the same standard with usa.
agenda or no agenda, until pdp and obj decide to let nigeria flow, until obj begin to understand that he is only an ex-president, until a real election takes place in nigeria, until our war against corruption becomes real, until appointments in nigeria is based on merits, until the constitution of nigeria becomes superior to everybody, until the born to rule symdrom is erased from our system, until! until!! until!!! , the number of agenda this shadow sales to the media will not matter.

@ poster, This is a very nice thread, truely the man does not have an agenda, He should have change for I point as you suggested since November last but for now he cannot even finish I point, so let him just finish his tenure and leave.

So far the president must have realised within the ranges of 1% to 2.5% in the agenda 1 to 7 he set for himself when his administration got underway. Right now, it seems all the seven point agenda has been put in abeyance for a more realisable agenda that wasn't part of the original seven and this all important new agenda is 2nd term for Mr. President. It is the realisation of this new agenda that would propel the complete realisation of the seven point agenda and by that time, with the pace of this administration, we shall be talking of 3rd term or Term elongation or whichever name they choose to call it.

True talk, Second term is the main agenda for now, may be after that the 7 point agenda can be recalled.

Talk is cheap.  Where are the process, systems , milestones, constraints that will lead to vison 2020  at  local , state and federal level .  Please be advised that all these dont exist. For example .  The present power minister was invited to the senate hearing about couple of weeks ago can you believe that this man failed to turn up with a manual or master plan on how he is going to increase power generation from 1500 mw to 6000 mw .  I say no more.

I agree with you on that. What we need is just " ONE POINT AGENDA" if this present Government can successfully achieve it every other thing will begin to fall in place.

ONE POINT AGENDA  that I am advocating for is Power, If we can have at least none stop Electricity for just 8 hours every day. all the small scale firms that are dead will come alive.
