If I build a topnotch forum, I'll pay for the hosting, I need Forum mangers who will take it and mange as their own. Don't worry about paying for hosting or domain name, I have that covered with my unlimited server. If you make money from adverts locally you can keep the money. All you do is manage the forum and call it your own. As for me, I'll the international ads and give you a slot for one if you do have.

I just wanted to see your response, now I see you guys are interested, I'll go ahead and build it. the domain name I'm building it on is http://jistdey.com/ I built it and gave it to a friend I went to college in Nigeria, and he said I should help him out I did, guess what? 2 months later and maybe 6 post on the site he stopped because I asked him to stop copying word for word from other sites. Long story short the site has been there for a year now no posts, so I'll just wipe WordPress from the server and install a very good forum software. Will start building it tomorrow, might be slow doing it as I have a full time job and also have a Tech Website here in New York http://techmymoney.com/
