TECHNICIANS:
- Must possess good oratory and written skills.
- Must possess an ICT background to intermediate level at least.
- Must be able to perform maintenance/support on electronic devices/gadgets inhouse or in the field with little or no supervision.
- Must be able to diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.
- Must be able to fix, upgrade, install and configure electronic devices/gadgets.
- Should be able to troubleshoot systems and replace parts as required.
- Should be able to provide solutions and keep proper records of customer complaints.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE (B2B):
- Must possess the ability to identify and pitch products/services to potential as well as existing customers through a relationship based approach.
- Must have some understanding of Business to Business and Business to Consumer marketing concepts/models.
- Must possess the ability to develop sales plan, keep sales record and give customer feedback
- Must possess the ability to coordinate public relations, press releases, social media marketing campaigns, promotional awareness activities and demographic market researches.
