If a Christian commits suicide, is he/she still forgiven? I want to know because a close friend of mine accidentally committed suicide yesterday and died the next day. I know we do not have the right to take our own lives. That belongs to God but will she be received in heaven?

Someone committed suicide, which is a form of killing. You clearly know that killing is a sin, and the wages of sin is death. After killing herself, did she have the chance to beg for forgiveness? You said she committed suicide and died the next day, she had the chance to repent and beg God for forgiveness, but did she? I mean genuine repentance. No, I guess. Let me ask you...if you kill someone, and you don't repent, confess and ask forgiveness...will you go to heaven when you die? Also, your body, my body is the temple of the holy spirit...why will you or what or who gave you the permission to tamper with it?

She just went inside their room and drank from a bottle of the popular insecticide called “sniper” and within seconds she started vomiting and was unable to get a grip on herself. She was rushed to the hospital where professional doctors attended to her, at first she was communicating with us saying she was sorry for everything and she never intended to attempt suicide. I don't know what happened later on until the unfortunate news dawned on us the next day that she has given up.

Sorry about her death. That's why one should have self control... she allowed her emotions get the best of her, making her to act without thinking. Well, I don't know whether she will make heaven or not. All I hope is that she apologized to God, and asked for His forgiveness.

So many things to consider eg.her state of mind prior to the act,was she fully in control mentally?etc.Only God can judge in any case,even those who feel they're holier than everyone else will be judged.

It's my conclusion tht lack of love is wat makes people kill themselves.

We are purnished for sins we fail to ask for forgiveness before we die. For this reason Roman Catholics provide Extreme Auction to allow the patient ask for forgiveness before he or she dies. All other Christian bodies pray for the spirit of the departed at their gravesides or in their churches before they are buried. Whether or not they are forgiven in this way, I don't know. Cases of suicide are completely separated from the above 'cos they commited the sin without time to ask for forgiveness. They go to hell without mercy. Euthanasia is a sin that is hell bound for both the patient and the doctor. The patient is suicide and the doctor is murder. But if the doctor can seriously ask for forgiveness before he dies, God will forgive him or her, even though he commits a capital sin.

What about this one...A guy mistakenly commit suicide. Some one advised him to drink some concoction for his stomach. ..And he did and died after 2 day... heaven or hell
