For some reason, SA government refused to allow the deal to scale through, that the license of the company has expired and they (SA govt) refused to renew it.

The money was trapped in the bank in SA.

To make things faster, government decided to buy with cash.
They needed to hire a private jet that is reliable.

Pa Ayo has a private jet that is new and reliable, which he put up for lease.

The Company purchasing the arms for the federal government hired Pa Ayo's jet.
The SA authorities for some reason best known to them, still stopped the second transaction.


Pa Ayo was not involved both in hiring out the jet and the arms purchase.
