Dear Sir,
I really commend your effort in building a great nation through the Presidential Special Scholarship Scheme for Innovation and Development which is now yielding positive returns as a result of the performance of the selected candidates in the previous editions.
However, the 2015/2016 edition aptitude test held on the 8th of December, 2014 was marred with cheating(on the part of some candidates) and gross abuse of power on the part of the organizer of the test (Cinfores Limited). It is no more a news that, many candidates bought the examination questions for a fee of 5000 Naira. This, as a result led to the unrealistic high score scored by many candidates. Many candidates scored 90+ marks out of a possible mark of 98 (in 60 minutes) without a single dot on their rough sheet which is totally unrealistic, given the nature of the questions tested.
It is disheartening to see a programme that is genuinely set out to develop our country being hijacked by some selfish individuals for their business interest. It is a fact that the number of 90+ marks in this year edition is more than the 90+ marks in the two previous editions combined.
Many candidates that wrote the test last year (who also write the test this year) scored lower mark in this year edition compared to what they scored last year, which give more credence to the fact that, this year question is tougher and there is no way the number of high marks in this year edition will almost quadruple compared to what was obtained in the previous edition.
Finally, as the scheme is set out to select the best of the best brains in this great nation, this letter should not be taken with a pinch of salt. I would be glad if proper steps are taken to correct this anomaly.
God bless Nigeria.

Osuolale Gboyega.

I hope they will get to see this.

I'm not blaming the scholars. Most people would have bought the materials if they heard about it.

The blame is on Cinfores Ltd. Why should they set the same questions in the materials they sold out without even bothering to alter anything. If they wanted to do such, they should have circulated it to all the candidates, and not just a privileged few. All they care about is making more bucks. Virtually all scholars would have scored 80+ if they had access to the software.

Those that had access to the software didn't even need to do any workings in the exam hall and they even finished before time. It is not humanly possible to score 90+ without seeing those questions before the exam. 60 minutes to answer 100 long questions!!!! Haba!!!!

The test was not fair to those of us that didn't have the software.

Anyway, getting 90+ does not guarantee a place on the final list!

Let's hope for the best.
