Nigeria's 2015 budget at a glance: Recurrent exp: N2.6Trillion Capital exp: N635Billion External debt: $9.5Billion Domestic debt: $60.1Billion Recurrent to Capital expenditure ratio: 80:20. This is totally at variance with President Jonathan's Transformation Agenda and a very weak attempt in cutting down cost of running govt in the wake of dwindling prices of oil. This budget further reaffirms my long held conviction that President Jonathan lacks the competence to bring about the desired change we all desperately crave for. The choice is ours come 2015. Esteemed Nairalanders, political and financial analysts, your observation on the budget are welcome.
