The sacrifices & offerings commanded by God Almighty to the Isrealites in the days of old were commandments meant to show their faith and submission to Him. The meat meant nothing to God; its the heart that makes the sacrifice thats important. A good example is the case of Cain & Abel in the Bible. Also, David & Samuel further explained this in the following verses thus;
Psalm 51:16

For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering.

King James Version of 1 Samuel 15:22.
And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.

So once again, your assumptions are not needed; the Holy Bible is complete and true; the Bible needs no support book like the quran.
