When its starts raining immediately I get into the car

The feeling of sand between your toes.

When I enter an air-conditioned room after long hours in the hot sun

When I'm running late for work and there's no traffic

When I fall in love with a song the first time I hear it

 When a song I loved in 1999 comes on the radio after I completely forgot it existed

When I wake up for the day and I realise it's way earlier than I think (more time to sleep)

Sleeping in on a rainy day

.When I have a first sip ‎of cold water after hours of really being thirsty.

Meeting a lady that likes me naturally.

Walking down the road and you smile at a random stranger and the person smiles back or standing up against injustice even when you stand alone. There's this habit of mine of capturing moments with a particular music. To replay those feel good moments all I do Is lay my hands on those good ol musics. Playing moments of like 10 years back through music takes me back to the spirit of those times and only me understands cos it feels like a time machine.

DRINKING A COLD GLASS OF WATER AFTER A HOT MEAL IS DANGEROUS TO YOUR HEALTH ESPECIALLY WHEN IT IS A HIGH FAT MEAL. STUDIES HAVE SHOWN THAT COLD WATER SOLIDIFIES FAT IN FOOD AND IF THIS IS PRACTICED FOR LONG THE FAT PILES UP IN THE BLOOD VESSELS AND LEADS TO HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE.
CHINESE ARE THE HEALTHIEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD COS THEY AVOID SUCH PRACTICES. SOME CHINESE AND CHINESE EVEN DRINK HOT SOUPS AFTER HOT MEALS! I HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL!
