A supposed leaked internal document from Sony has hit the internet revealing some of the specs for the Xperia Z4. The news comes via phonearena who claims the same source (tech site toranji.ir) accurately revealed iPhone 6 schematics previously.

According to phonearena, a supposed leaked internal document from Sony which was revealed by tech site toranji.ir has released the expected specs for Sony next flagship device, the Sony Xperia Z4.

The phone is said to includes a 5.5-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) display for the Xperia Z4 which also include a 64-bit compatible quad-core Snapdragon 810 (not even the 805), 4 GB of RAM, and 32 GB as the base model for internal storage.

The device is said is to have the new 21 MP sensor which will bring better performance in HDR mode, and also a higher level of detail in HD videos. Capable of recording at 30 FPS with 4K resolution (4096 x 2160), the stacked CMOS image sensor will capture videos much like it would take a normal photo. Also, it has Category 6 LTE (up to 300 Mbps download speeds) and Bluetooth 4.1 are a given, but one of the most exciting tidbits is that the Xperia Z4 might be getting amplifiers for its speakers, creating an audio experience like HTC's BoomSound.

We can assume that the Xperia Z4 will come pre-loaded with Android 5.0 out of the box and speculated release date is March, 2015 which might happen at the World mobile congress in Barcelona.
