FOR LADIES.
Seven Major
Reasons Your
Period Might Get
Delayed Apart From
Pregnancy

Women always
think of pregnancy
whenever their
period gets delayed.
Here in this article I
will be sharing 7
sure reasons why
your period delayed
apart from
pregnancy:

1. Changing Your
Regular Routine:

Your routine is very
important. Changes
in your regular/
normal routines
such as new job?,
the time you wake
up, going on
vacation can delay
your period. As it
will take your body
little time to adjust
change which will as
well impact in your
regular cycle.
Especially when the
change started at
the time you would
normally ovulate.

2. Stress: This is
one of the major
factors that hinder
your period. Stress
deals with your
emotions, which
have major impact
on how regular your
menstrual cycle and
if you keep
stressing yourself
while your period is
late. Do not stress
yourself much.

3. Illness: This is
major reason why
your period is late.
Is common with
women. Being sick
at the time of your
ovulation can delay
your period. So if
you ovulate late
then your period will
be late..so if your
period is late, then
you should check
back whether you
are sick at any time.

4. Medication: if you
are always on
medication then it
might be the cause
of your late period
or a kind of changing
the dosage of an
existing medication
can affect your
health and
menstrual cycle.
Another important
thing is to mind the
sort of drug you
drink, don’t just go
into any shop and
buy drugs, make
sure the place is
accredited and the
drugs is approved.

5. Weight Issue:
Weight is a very
important factor in
every woman’s
health. Gaining a lot
or losing of weight
can throw your
body off which cab
affect your
ovulation cycle as
well as your period.
People who can ar
overweight or
underweight
sometimes don’t
have period. So
watch your weight.

6. Exercise: Yes the
experts said lack of
exercise is not good
for a woman but
over/excess of
exercise can delay
your period. the
option here is
simple, Just don’t
over do it.

7. Miscalculation:
The average
menstrual cycle is
28 days but many
women have longer
and shorter period,
so it might be your
period is not actually
late. Another reason
is that many
women have
irregular cycles and
they don’t realize it.
Your period might
come very early or
few days one
month and will be
late the following
month.

So ladies, stop thinking of pregnancy, whenever you miss your period! Cos they are other factors that can cause that!....
