1. Confession : Confess to God what He is to you, you can call him his names and lift His name(Jehova Jirah, Elshadai and Adonai)

2.Supplication: Bring your petition to the throne of Grace. Let God know what bothers you. He is not deaf to hear and He is willing to answer.

3.Adoration: Adore God for who He is and tell him what you feel about Him, He is eager to know.

4:Intimacy: Just enjoy His presense, you may need to be quiet and listen to Him. Just enjoy a quiet moment with Him.

5.Intercession: Pray for others, people you know and care about and also those that the Spirit will reveal to you to pray for.

6.Thanksgiving: Give thanks to God for all He has done and for answers to your prayers.Thank Him for anything that you can think of.

7.Praise: Let your hearts give birth to a new song to the Lord. Sing your heart out and let Him hear the song of your heart.
