pls help,

my samsung galaxy grand duos 1 is having issues .

first I thought it was the battery but to my surprise after getting a new ba3 from a recognised samsung branch the problem still persisted.

Problem: wen the ba3 level gets to 49%, i notice accelerated reduction in the ba3 level. and this doesnt take more than 45secs b4 ba3 is exhausted and switches off. so am guessing its a software problem since d ba3 was changed.

pls nairalanders gurus help me with solns I'm confused. .

The device is either a defective one or the device is bad and not the battery

Take it to a samsung office for further advice

I had the same issue with my S5 and complained only to be told I got a pirated copy

I disposed it and got another one and have never encountered that problem

Have you check your charger? Please give the phone some days off and use another charger before disposing or taking to a repairer

@ dwjobscom.. I dont think d phone is a defective one bcus iv been using it 4 more than 9months b4 dis problem started.. iv also gone to a samsung office n I guess dey where not understanding what I was saying. bcus dey whr saying I'm running apps dat re not friendly to d fone(antivirus n co) but iv done a factory reset n still 2 no avail. . a friend told me d fone has expired. I myt jus hv 2 rest ma case on d fone n get a new one already. .
