People of integrity recognize other people of integrity especially when the system around them is so corrupt. Buhari recognized the personal integrity and potential of Dora Akunyili and recommended her for higher office, the rest as they say is history. Can such a thing happen again in Nigeria of today? Do we have a government today that can encourage and reward honesty and integrity? People please think wisely and vote for character instead of personalities. In this present day of Nigeria, under this corrupt clueless dunce of a President, an Igbo Amazon like late Dr Akunyili would have been fired. For daring to return the money and first not sharing the money with her boss. Or was that now how Sanusi was stylishly sacked by Goodluck?! Buhari is a man of honesty and no tribalism, whose records continually speak good of him. There are still far more honest Nigerians out there. Such a pity that the corrupt vampires are the ones Jonathan has embraced. However, with CHANGE, we can all once again be proud to be honest citizens in whatever capacity like late Dr. Akunyili.
