Seun, I think you should put in place a system to automatically delete inactive (dormant) accounts after 365 days of not logging in. Several monikers have not logged in for years and their accounts remain active. I know this adds up to the total number of members (currently 1291264) which may be relevant to you to market this website but that count is deceptive. Instead, you can have 2 data on that - 1) total number of active members 2)total number of members till date. Mixty |
