My brother you cannot understand why I made that statement. Things have really changed in Nigeria. Those days when I was a boy, there was this love everywhere that one could perceive. You cared about your neighbour and they care about you. Those days when a neighbour was in trouble or pain, you would see the whole street gather around trying to help one way or the other but today, some people don't even know the names of their next door neighbours not to talk of being concerned about them. You hear you neighbour crying today and you just waka pass and say in your heart, e no consain me, na me send am message?

Those who were boys and girls in the eighties can testify to this regrettable decline of love in Nigeria today. there is so much hatred and selfishness today. Love is actually disappearing from Nigeria and indeed from the world; there's so much wickedness, hatred and bitterness around

I do my dear, those days undel Col Buba marwa, we used to sleep at night sometimes without bothering to lock our doors. Operation Sweep did such a great job; armed-robbers fled from Lagos then. Ah, those good old days! Nigeria my beloved country!

Hahahhaa... A wonderful way to take a trip back to memories. These color televisions with remotes were not in fashion because they were very expensive at that time, so most of the people used to have televisions in which you have to change the channel by your hand with help of the spinning lol.

well you can blame nairaland, linda ikeji and the typical nigerian for the lack of love. the lack of love started when people started flaunting their wealth and oppressing others. now all the others who are oppressed want what they want and are not satisfied with their lives anymore. now there is an increase in robbers and kidnappers because i have being oppressed. now there is an increase in divorce because the woman sees conspicuous consumption everywhere and her husband is lacking a bentley or jeep etc etc etc. its a never ending cycle perpetrated by every single nigerian. so i can honestly say you guys did it to yourselves. just for that lil moment of wanting to oppress people who dont care about you, you have created dystopia in the whole society at large. now everyone is a predator looking for his own wealth. its a jungle created by you for you grin
