Please i need an advice.
How can one handle this issue of converting ones permanent offer of 3 year to contract. I have a company based in Lagos that want to change their staff employment status from permanent to contract without following due process.This company is owing the staff pension for 3year, tax and many other incentives and at the same time want to impose a contract terms to the staff .
I need your advice on how to fight it.
