Who we are:
Talent project initiative is nongovernmental organizations that develop and promote talents in all field of art. (Theatrical art, music, comedy, modeling, dancing, script writing etc). we also shoot music videos, movies and organizes events/shows that promote the reduction in domestic violence like rape, child abuse, violence against women etc.
Vision:
A society where the energies and dreams of young people is groomed and channeled towards purposeful Endeavour in an atmosphere that encourages the free flow of art.
Mission:
1. To create a platform where young people can exhibit their talents.
2. To empower young people in talent development that will enable a viable Nigeria economy.
3. To create a talent initiative that will build a new generation of responsible young stars through art.

1. To create awareness and reduces gender base violence through art.
2. To reduce unemployment in the society through talent development initiative.
3. To develop a society of tolerance, positivity and creativity through art.
4. To work in partnership with other persons and organizations to facilitate projects on gender base violence and build platforms for networking.
