Lol,ur ignorance is touching the skies...am a certified Qs...don't dabble into what u know nothing about but let me enlighten u,qs prepares bill of quantity,they estimate how much it will cost to construct...if they r not engineers,why do they do civil engineering courses? Do u know a Qs can collect contracts and execute them? Be enlightened bro...before u argue further pls consult google...and it is not environmental science,its institute of environmental studies...
