Residents in Maiduguri Borno state rejoices as NEPA Light return to the Maiduguri Metropolitan after about 7 months of total blackout. The Electric Light in Maiduguri has its Source in Damboa Local Government were Bokoharam captured last year and destroyed the Electric source. |
