Yesterday the PDP’s Media and Publicity spokesperson, Femi Fani-Kayode, questioned the health status of the APC’s presidential candidate, retired General Muhammadu Buhari (GMB). He said there were concerns that he had prostate cancer and, if true, Nigerians will like to pray for him. He argued and I, unfortunately, agreed with him that Nigerians are entitled to full disclosure on this issue. However, I disagree with his idea of the scope of full disclosure needed or the meaning of full disclosure. Given Femi Fani-Kayode’s position, it is clear to every Nigerian that he is doing the bidding of his master, President Goodluck Jonathan (GEJ). - Ilesanmi Omabomi writes in from Lagos. 3 Likes |

With a constant campaign of personal attacks and less of issue based discussions, I think the APC has been too gentlemanly in their campaign so far. The PDP if taken to the boxing ring on issues of personal attacks will not survive the killer "Mike Tyson" blow that will befall it and its principal. APC and in extension GMB has been more matured in their campaign and have refused so far to enter the mud with the PDP. We however believe the final nail to PDP's coffin is still being reserved till the tail end of the campaign!!! |

The first and only time anybody in Nigeria has been so attacked personally in a Presidential campaign so far....... It happens to be a very crystal clear character (C.C.C) called Buhari and it is shameless that those pointing accusing fingers happen to be men of very dirty history who can not be held against the "moral candle light". People who do not give a damn!! 3 Likes |

Why roll in the gutter with dirty pigs when you have credible issues and facts to run with. The PDP is baring the negatives effects of the ongoing dirtiness and depicting them desperate, unserious, valueless , aimless ,reckless and irresponsible and so far, their BS is backfiring and favoring GMB#Change. I won't even beg them to stop for one second. The useless people think Nigerians are still stuck in 2011... 2 Likes |

aresa: You are so correct Sir!! The more PDP wallow in their mudslinging, the more APC soar in their ratings. Seems the campaign of PDP has been "hijacked by moles of APC" in the person of Fayose, Fani-Kayode, Abati and co. They are pulling down GEJ every minute they open their bucal cavity!! 1 Like |

KanwuliaJara: Dear Madam, u have been flip-floppy in your recent political analysis. Please can we know where you align? Even your signature is a twisted one. #SaiKanwulia |

kayjasper: Please, read my signature. That is where I stand. I don't vote for PARTIES OF DUNCES. I vote for individuals with VISION only. Dirty politics is for those that have NOTHING to offer. It is a SOUTHERN-CHRISTIAN AGBERO THING, not a NORTHERN OR MUSLIM AGENDA. Thanks! |

KanwuliaJara: Lollz...got that bolded part right!! In the real world, a person who has an experience of Six years should present his/her score card to the people. Let them judge with what you have been able to achieve and not some kindergarten kinda politics that is on display here. But hey, it is Nigeria not the real world |

I think the PDP has done a great job of campaigning FOR the APC instead of against...so why distract a party that's campaigning for u by engaging them ?? 1 Like |

The PDP campaign is actually helping the APC. That Fayose advert was a blockbuster. Everyone i know who support Jonathan was ashamed of the advert someone actually begged topull itfrom Facebook and people who were initially neutral are all now shifting away from PDP. Jonathan is a drowning man and would clutch at straws. If you noticed initially PDP campaign was that they were the same with APC now they are looking for ways to make both parties look the same. PDP can't campaign based on their records it's now about mudslinging APC should keep it clean and they would win. If na bad mouth campaign you want I know APC is capable too 1 Like |

Jonathan has been steering the Nigerian State for 6 years and he has nothing to campaign on; hence, the mud slinging. I respect GMB the more because he has stayed above PDP shenanigans and instead has focused on the things he would do for Nigeria if elected. PDP people have shown Nigerians that they have nothing to offer. After 16 years of uninterrupted rule, you would think they would at least provide stable electricity, employment, infrastructure etc.. Instead it has been looting galore, over bloated budget, subsidy scam, pension scam, Oduah scandal, Boko Haram ravaging NE. What is even more troubling is the PDP e-rats who support their tormentors because they refuse to see the goodness in an upright man. But.....God has decreed that this time, Nigerians North and South will do the right thing to salvage a nation that has been raped and battered by PDP, and especially GEJ who has demonstrated many times that he is not fit to be a class captain talk less of a president.
