the military board is with the guys cert,but they have been compromised,think why would they pronounce to the world two weeks earlier that they have the copies only for him to turn around on Monday to say it is not with them and on Wednesday he was transfered? Ask your self.it is fishy .anyway he has the written that his documents originals were taken by the military during the 1985 coup.the military board normally keeps a copy of all military personnel.
This was confirmed by my dad who is a military personnel.
