I am supporting Buhari for the President of Nigeria, but I admit he or his campaign team made a huge mistake.
1. In the first place, he is supposed to have all his papers intact before submitting his formal letter of interest to INEC knowing well how Nigerians can escalate a little thing to become a huge matter and looking away from what really matters to focus on that little thing.
2. There is clearly some inconsistencies in the re-issued statement of result, I believed the statement was re-issued on 21st January (Yesterday). Opponents will use this as an opportunity to claim the statements were forged etc.
3. The requirements for running for president is not statement of result but Certificate of attendance, so if Buhari can produce Certificate of attendance then that suffices, all that he needed to produce was Certificate of attendance not statement of result.
4. While I think this will not affect Buhari's ambition, I believe circulating his results on sites like this can cause a huge stir online and make unnecessary calls for further investigations and so on. I can remember NNPC's immediate former MD was busted here on Nairaland and he was dismissed 2 months later, so this is very controversial site to be taken seriously.
5. Final advice to Team Buhari, keep cool and don't be intimidated by the opponents.

You have a point but I believe the ruling party is just pushing the opposition party from not dealing with the main issues thereby making Nigerian's forget dat our major problem is not certificate but insecurity and corruption.

Fani Kayode is the least person to be taken serious in this country. I for once isn't disturbed by all his amateur political stunt. We know him as a shameless being who would do anything to get what to eat and run after anything under the skirt. Taking him serious, is belittling my understanding.

Rubbish it has finally killed Buhari's ambition. How will he tell us he will fight corruption because this nature of corruption (cert forgery ) is worse than stealing. Buhari is a fraud star. He should be arrested, stripped off his entitlement as an ex-general and prosecuted. APC = wolves claiming to love Us.
