Call the manufacturer, highlight the specification you require and if they don't have what you want, demand it!
Ask how much your customised car would cost, make payment into their account.
If the manufacturer is not based in Nigeria, come back to Nairaland and solicit the services of clearing and forwarding agents.
When you find an agent you want to use, open another thread and ask for recommendations from nairalanders that have use this particular agents and ask if they would recommend.
Need to think of other steps required...............
