In respond to present status of the INEC on the shifting of the Election date from the initial date which is slated on Valentine Day 14 Fed 2015 as earlier agreed with BAN.

An emergency meeting was held in the early hours of 9th February 2015 at the National Headquarter of BAN in Abuja, it was agreed that.

*INEC Shall take full responsibility of the expenditures being incurred by the BAN on GAN on the 14 of February 2015.

The voting centers were initially agreed with the INEC as a place were we will celebrate the Valentine with our lovers but now INEC shall provide a substantial alternative.

So therefore we appeal to these that are concern that they should please bear with BAN on the change of plans, because it took us unaware and we are not prepared for any expenses this Valentine's day, thanks
