I think non or complete distribution of PVC is a bigger danger if the election should take place on Feb 14.
One is simply trying to imagine the chaotic situation this may have led to.

This is not the first time elections are postponed. I think the Presidential was shifted in 2011.

I remember in 2011 GEJ was in his village when JEGA announced the postponement.
