I have tried looking for a forum where HR personnel will be able to share their opinions, and exchange ideas to enable them find solutions to the most unpredictable and dicey aspect in any business ;the human angle; please am calling as many HR professionals as possible to contribute to this page and help solve problems to help businesses grow.
Let me start with my own angle, I am the HRM for a property development company and am having issues with my staff managing change. The major question on my mind is should i maintain a rigid work policy or should i make it lax? What effects will these laxity/rigidity of company policy have on productivity in the company.
Suggestions and comments are highly needed please, and if there is a thread out there that i am not seeing but bothers on these, somebody should please point me in that direction.
