Why can't you study in Nigeria considering the cost of studying abroad? I would advise you do your 1st degree back home, make good grades and then apply for graduate studies abroad since you might get some funding from the school for that.

I've actually thought of it. but I can't pay my school fees. over there it would be easy to study and work too unlike nigeria

This isn't as easy as you think because working hours are stipulated. My advice is based on my experience and unfortunately, people might not open up to you what they go through abroad.
More so, as an international student, your tuition id's on the very high side averaging ay least $5000 per semester.
This said, the final decision is yours.

GboyegaD said it all. Apply to schools in Nigeria, Federal institutions are very cheap, and you would spend less than a million for four years degree (upkeep inclusive). You can then apply for graduate studies in any of these developed countries.

Just try to make good grades and stay within the STEM courses as an undergraduate because the prospect is higher than other fields. If you can't afford your education in Nigeria, what makes you think you can afford a flight ticket to other countries? Why should anybody sponsor your education? what does h/she stand to gain? what value would you be adding to h/her life? #EnoughSaid.

Good you think I gave a good advise however, I feel it isn't compulsory she stays within STEM since she might have an Arts background which does not qualify as stem and more so, in Nigeria, you cannot change field that easily.
