@ i trust u are an agent ursef or in related field, honestly as far back as 1 year ago, d only empty plot of land within River valley estate without wahala was going for 11m, MOST LANDS in river valley dont have C of O just government allotment, they were former airways properties. so i doubt u'd get a 4 nos 3bedroom flat 4 N30m, ur client will have to up his buget mouch higher or u just want to want ur time play into 419ners. |
