I want to ask what appropriate answers that can be provided when asked about the reason for wanting to leave your current employer to join a new organization. Twice I have been asked and I realise my responses were not really convincing.

Wat makes u wanna change it in the first place is enough reason, cos if u don't have a reason u will not think of changing Anyway.

Ah, this is a great (and very common) question. To begin, your interviewer is looking to see your response to determine your character. As a candidate, you should never use this question to bash your current or previous employer. Nor should you use this question to make yourself look bad by saying something like, 'I just couldn't handle it.' or 'I didn't like my co-workers'. The best response is: 'I am looking for the experience that can prepare me better for my future as a ____. I have been told that your company is known for developing people professionally...ect. etc.' Good luck!!

It depends, but you can say that your previous job has no career path hence there is no chance for you to grow. Or you can say u have always loved what the current company represents and would want to be path of the team of experts making it happen

your current, job has no career opportunity, that is, you are not sure of advancing to the next stage. you are most likely to remain in the same position till you get old and that is not what you are looking for. But you are there because of the experience and you believe you are mature enough to move forward.
