It takes me much courage before i decided to let this out, and i had to do it because my career & life is at stake, i'm suffering from a condition known as "social anxiety disorder" (SAD). the unfortunate thing is not many people are aware of this disorder, most doctors are ignorant of it leaving us devastated, in case you dn't know, its a condition that makes you dread public attention like death, you see no reason to be afraid yet you can't help being terribly scared to death, people with this disorder are terribly afraid to speak in public, even to walk on the road is something they force themselves to do, hence you find them always staying back at home, schooling becomes so difficult for them, yet, they are the most intelligent group of people, in the class they know all the answer to the question being asked, but the fear wouldn't allow them to speak up, they end up hating life & it became so difficult for them to love themselves, this eventually lead to low self-esteem which made them

Hate virtually everything, this in extreme cases had led to suicides, & many into smoking and drinking, i know i am not alone in this condition condition, & i sincerely ask for your advice, how can i improve the quality of my life, i am very ambitious & talented yet i find myself not making head-ways because of fear. your advice could save a life here, instead of blaming someone for commiting suicide, you have no idea wht they went through, here is an opportunity for you to give a million of us hope via your advise.
