Good day People. I have noticed that there has been really no thread to address the topic above .Many Nairalanders have been scammed, deprived of their Fundamental human rights and have taken wrong decisions and actions due to the lack of Proper Legal Advice which probably they could not afford or unavailability of Legal personnel and also due to ignorance of what the Law says about Certain Situations of Conflict, Agreement or Disputes they Find themselves in.

This thread ipso facto is for this Sole Purpose, To give a Concrete and Valid Legal position and what the Law says concerning certain matters and Disputes Nairalanders may find themselves,

Other Subsidiary activities can include Students of Law that need answers to Certain Cogent Areas of Laws not clear to them and also an avenue to sort for Lawyers to Handle your cases and also for Lawyers to Interact and Mix with other fellow lawyers.

This is calling on all law Students,Lawyers ,barristers and solicitors on Nairaland. I will not be the only one answering all the Questions. Other Lawyers or law Students can also provide the answers and Professional Legal Views on the Client 's issue subject to its acceptance by Majority of People ( Lawyers and Non lawyers alike) .

So Nairalanders, Do you seek legal advice and the position of the law on any matter or situation bothering you?? Here is the Place to Be !!!

Hello. This came up in a roundtable last week.

A young minister asked to know if a new church not fully set for incorporation can operate with business name registration while awaiting to upgrade to full incorporation later on.

Is this possible at all or is it feasible in the Nigerian legal landscape? if not what are the alternative options for such organisation to operate legally in Nigeria?

Thank you
