I humbly wish to appeal to dragnet and co to decentralise their test locations. I almost lost my life while travelling down to write Nigerian Stock Exchange exam organised by dragnet.

I know I am speaking the minds of so many cos I have seen people share testimonies of how they survived one accident or the other after making that last min decision to go write their exams in lagos.

I Understand these tests are administered in those central location for security reason but that should not be at the detriment of we the job seekers. If a job specifies the location as nationwide, dragnet owes it to their client to bring this test down to every state.

Dragnet has not bothered to check why a candidate accepted a job test but wasnt seen on ground that day. Now I didn't write the test, test that is not even guaranteed that I would pass. But am now in pains with a huge hospital bill to attend to, on top my joblessness o.

Am still thanking God my life is intact but I hope dragnet and other recruitment agencies change their strategies. Everyone can't be in lagos.

So sad to hear about the accident. But we thank God for sparing your life.

What job seekers go through in this country is not sweet tale.

sorry bro... i feel you, and i pray you get well soon. This is the issue with jobs in Nigeria. I have had to miss many job interview and assessment test just because of the distance. No job is worth risking my life and i hope dragnet, workforce and every other recruitment firm out there do something about it...
once more, get well soon brother.... Good is ahead!

Wow,
Very sad indeed
If only dragnet could start by increasing the number of centers nationwide and then increasing it overtime would truely help job seekers.
I'm touched by your ordeal ma'am, and pray it turns out to a testimony soonest.

Sorry dear...I understand what you encountered. Dragnet should have more test centres that covers recruitment for job locations that goes round the country. Although it's not easy considering security and financial reasons but it's inevitable. Atleast, they can have one test centre in each of the six geo-political regions of the country.
Nevertheless, God will see u through towards quick recovery and getting a good job

Dragnet had just three test locations for the NSE test :Abuja ,Lagos and Port Harcourt. These recruitment agencies should have test centres in each of the six geopolitical zones for easy access.I equally gave up on numerous tests because of the Location till i relocated to Lagos.

Sorry Ma'am.
Wishing you speedy recovery. smiley

What you people don't seem to understand is that even if dragnet has a centre in every state of the federation, it all depends on the financial capacity of the contracting company. Have you ever bothered to ask yourself why most top multinationals organise theirs in the six geopolitical zones, even as far as in the UK? I think the blame should go to the companies. They should allocate more money for recruitment, and also insist that they want tests to hold across geopolitical zones else they won't give dragnet the contract. Trust me, dragnet would be forced to open up more centres. Remember, more centres mean more salaries to pay, more equipment to buy, more rent e.t.c.

Thank God for your life. Sigh! what people go thru in d process of searching for jobs is incredible. I just wish dragnet will expand to all geo political zones at least. Its not fair asking someone to take a ten hour bus journey back and forth all because of a test. how many people can afford to fly down for their tests. imagine spending about 25hours total travelling for a test only to later receive a regret mail. May God help us in Nigeria.

This should be on frontpage. I hope dragnet gets to see this.

Africans are masochists and like pain.

You have various intelligent ways of conducting a simple test without the physical presence of the candidates but companies we rate as top notch still go for crude ways in the 21st century.

What happened to conducting an online test until the last stage?

why must candidates be physically present when it's not an health examination you are carrying out.

Sometimes you wish they should come back and colonise us because we don't seem to have just an ounce of empathy or sense to do the right thigs for our fellow humans.
