Abeg o,i dy try use my Q10 hotspot to browse for my PC but it's not been connecting since yesterday.And I dy normally use am browse b4.I tried Airtel, Glo and Mtn,all na deadend.Abi Nigerian networks don block hotspot browsing? |

That must be a fake research. I couldn't download 118MB file for 2 hours with emtien even while I waited till mid night probably there would be less trafic on their server and I live in port harcourt. I hate emtien at times but there seems to be no where to run to |

TheNewGuy:This is very incorrect. Saying that it took you 8 mins to download ordinary 850 MB movie is not speed at all. Even my phone can do better than that and it's internet speed is not half of what you put up there. Mathematically, if it took you (60x8)secs to download an 850 MB movie, then your internet speed is 850/480 = 1.77Mbps 16Mbps will download a 850 MB movie for 850/16 = 53.125 seconds. Get your fact right bro. |

Badosqi:I use Etisalat too, it seems dey are getting more competitive with speed and cost, they are the real bolt network. I use ETI for BIS, if network no good for ur area, disturb them. After 3months they upgraded their masts around my area and even rewarded me. The only downside is dat I can't use it on my pc via d hotspot or oda means. |

Anyway, I will carry out a speed test using MTN, Glo and Etisalat in the same location to approve or disapprove your findings. @ Op, this is a white lie. I dumped my mtn line for the etisalat line in anger. It's been a scintillating experience since then because what I couldn't download for hours with the mtn network , I've been achieving it with the etisalat line in just a few seconds /minutes. |
