a lot of things went wrong at the last apc primaries but what I can say it ,apc allowed intra party politics to becloud their judgement. The atiku faction in apc was starting to gain an upper hand in the party ,this began when atiku insisted on the party going in for primaries rather than consensus candidate against the wishes of tinubu amaechi and co .let's leave the behind the scene stories but one thing I know is by 2018 atiku will be among the 10 strongest northern politicians alive .

The contract stated that the election must be on level playing grounds. There was no equity in that selection process. Tinubu lorded it over everyone and influenced the choice of Buhari and Osibanjo. It was not free and fair. Atiku has a strong reason to be aggreved.

How do you think that they simply signed the contract based on losing and supporting the winner, without putting into consideration the manner and conduct of the selection process?

If Atiku can prove that the selection process was marred, that contract is not binding on him. Unless you truly believe and can prove that it was fair and everything went according to the contract agreement, then there was no contract.
