It was just yesterday when the thought of pat utomi becoming the president of Nigeria came to my mind.He lost woefully in the last presidential election,is it because he wasn't really prepared for the battle in the election.I want to know what you guys feel about him and is quest of becoming a president.

I think he could but he has to take a lot of things into consideration, At this present Nigeria's political climate, he has to fulfil some creterias, some of them involving being blessed by Yar 'Adua (just as OBJ passed on the torch to Yar' Adua), he has to join PDP as they seem to only figure things out for themselves, etcetera etcetera but goodluck to him though.

Unfortunately as brilliant as he is he does not have the Still and grit to lead Nigeria or win election.

He will never be endorsed by the crooks in PDP and he does not have the gutt to dislodge the PDP

If we want Good governance we must dare invent the future, seek new ways of reaching out, spread the message better that it will be impossible for the PDP rigging machine to overcome.  (Dont write-off what am saying as a mere dream because History has shown that Coups and Electoral rigging need some level of popular support to succeed).

Right now only two folks look good and have the charisma to do this. The pair of Duke/Ribadu. If they can join forces they can take on the old guard in Nigerian politics and dislodge them by reaching out to young folks and the next generation.

The pair can either be Duke/Ribadu or Ribadu/Duke, I dont really mind the order. These two folks are trained lawyers, one excelled in Business Law, the other excelled in Security. They both look good in Suits and in traditional attires and can capture women vote quickly.
They are both of the digital age and very innovative. One successfully Governed a State in the South and made it a favourite tourist hub amongst other investments with the little resources he had, the other built a security outfit from scratch and made it the envy of the world.
They both have Masters degree, one from Pensylvania University, the other from ABU Zaria.

One has openly professed his left-of-centre political views with a conservative business ideology, the other has shown by his actions to be a realist guided primarily by people oriented needs. They are both brilliant and will reperesent Nigeria better than the folks we have in Aso Rock today.

Folks we must dare to invent the future!!!!

Why are you guys insisting that he has to be corrupt like those PDP monkeys before he can step into power.There cold be another way out,also about ribadu/duke filling the post it's not possible at all.

Nope. Donald Duke would make a better President than Prof.Pat Utomi.

Donald Duke has a much more proven pedigree in an executive capacity while Prof.Utomi's proven pedigree is mainly theoretical (on the dailies,LBS and Patito's gang)
