Those unfortunate words were uttered by Governor of Plateau state, Jonah Jang, during the PDP Governors' media chat in Lagos. I guess he lives in a bubble where only rich people will be voting during the upcoming elections.

Democracy as defined by Abraham Lincoln mean "Goverment of the people, by the people and for the people".

PDP is an assembly of evil men, certified robbers, occult men and women,oppressive crooks, unrepentant mandate thieves and expired yahoo boys. This evil party is Nigeria's ,as a nation, first and major problem. As long as PDP remains in power, forget about any sort of advancement for the Nigerian Nation. Why are some people so blinded,the news had no source,the full context of the speech was hidden and some one just brought out a line of sentence from a press briefing and some APC robots programmed to stay online,quickly jumped on the news....however Jang that i know wldnt say such,he is a perfect gentleman,he performed wonders in plateau state,a man of the masses,one of the best airforce officers nigeria ever had,i know he was quoted out of context.

Bros with all due respect, no matter the context he puts it; even if the full text of what he said is brought, so long as that sentence was made, he has no excuse. Just like Fayose talks recklessly and you ask for the full text of what he said before you know he talks like a tout.

PDP members are fund of talking recklessly. For me even saying the party will rule for 60yrs is reckless. It raises question of whether we are to decide that or they are to decide it.

I watched it live.

[size=14pt]He was spot on! You cannot contest for an elective position as a poor man. Contesting for elections cost a lot of money. He wasnt referring to voters, he was referring to politicians and he was very correct.

He was actually responding to the question on why politicians use heavy security and he said that it was because of the place we are at now in democracy and that time will come when all that will change as democracy becomes fully established
