What! U don't know how to extract a rar file? U must be joking. How are u going to play these games anyways. With ps2 or emulated?

Use win rar to extract dem into a folder. It shud give u a lot of rar files. Extract those rar files as well ( jux unrar the first one and it'll do the rest). Then u have an iso file. That is the file u are after.

Edit: apparently if u can get the isos onto the ps2 u shud be able to run dem. So unrar the files u have downloaded until u have a one file iso file and put dem on the ps2.
