Recently i have been doing lots of online job applications on the various job search websites that am member to, but up to this moment am yet to get a single interview invitation.


Please has anyone here gotten an interview invite or even secured a job via online job application? How did you do it, what strategy did you use? Pls your advice is needed.

So Far, I have done 2 online Tests, just one paper Test invitation and 4 Interviews. All from online applications











I think the idea here is to be conscious that you don't have too many chances. Take with all seriousness any positive feedback from an online application. Take that one chance....its as simple as that.

Structure your CV to suit the job opening you are applying for.

Always apply on time, because the recruiter will like to check out and access the first few set of people that send in their CV.

If he finds what he's looking for in the few he checked,he may conduct the interview even if the opening death line has not reached.

Applying for jobs is a job on its own. Hard copy CV submission never worked for me, except during IT/SIWES. If you have access to a laptop and internet connectivity, you have solved 50% of the problem.
Lest I forget, online application worked and it's still working for me.

That's the reason I prefer my CV in PDF to avoid stories that touch.

Not when u r sending it in a pdf format, NEVER send and online Cv application in word format or else u r as good as dead!!

Guys, I have this interview on Tuesday 24th March, it's an entrepreneur interview but I have never attended or kw anybody who attended an interview like dat, do anybody kw Wat to expect?? Anybody have a clue of Wat an entrepreneur interview is, google didn't help much
