I tried asking myself this question over and over again whether the ones that claims they observe 40 days and 40 nights' dry fasting, are really observing it according to their claims. If yes, why is it that today's apostles, pastors, evangelists, prophets etc can't be compared with those of old? Or, why is it that, the miracles performed by prophets like Elijah and Moses can't be repeated now? Also, out of curiosity, is it really possible nowadays, for someone to stay without food completely for good and whopping 40 days? |
