Don't appear needy, desperate or afraid. Answer with confidence especially if the MD is part of the panel interviewing you. Another thing, they usually have a psychologist in the panel, his job is to watch your every move and pick your brains to know your mental state (that's what I figure). So, be confident even if they are judgemental or appear harsh.
Again, the salary is negotiable. Try and ask for something higher if what they tell you isn't cool with you.

If na me, I won't present it oooo. It doesn't make sense.

Though my experience with the presentation of employment letter with my organization its used to determine how much they will pay the applicant, but did you think they can pay him up to 100k, thanks for your response

2years ago they refused to pay the Accountant interviewed 100k. I don't know if they will pay the support worker that 2years after.

I still don't see the relevance of asking for employment letter in an interview.

Thanks alot, I think its better he stays with his current office, because if given the synapseservices job he would need to relocate which involves money.

I saw an advert for the same support worker from them last year November, the salary stated was 25k, click on the link to confirm
