Compare it with ISLAM and tell yourself the truth.

I know the reason for preventing going out applying perfume is because it causes fitnah (temptation). But what if it is like deodorant that doesn't really smell attractive like that, is it permissible to use it

If the scent is not too intensive to cause an attraction of the opposite sex..then you can use it.

I will love to learn more. did they in anyway violate the dress code?
Yes, they did, read the dress rules again and compare with the pic. Also, if they met the dress code, industrial fan would not have given u the reply he did.

What rule did they break? So a muslimah in hijab cannot be beautiful and fashionable?

What is fashion?

1. How many Nigerians have died of suffocation due to. dressing in this manner? A dress code which is even more prevalent in the nothern part of Nigeria.

2. The heat in Nigeria is child's play when compared to the heat in Arabia during the time of the Prophet and I do not recall that any died of suffocation, rather they adhered to the rules obediently and hoped for reward from following the instructor of their creator.

3. When people wear underwears, then a shirt, then a tie, then a waistcoat, then a suit, they die of suffocation due to 'nigerian heat' don't they?

4. Allaah would not burden his creatures with that which they cannot bear, so if He commanded it, then you're capable of doing it.

I'm sorry, you have no excuse especially when people have been and are still following this dress code.

Dear Sister, would you prefer the heat of the fire to the heat of this world by disobeying your creator? I pray Allaah saves me and you from such!

Its true nobody is perfect but we must keep striving to attain perfection especially those that are attainable, if some injunctions seem hard then pray to Allaah to ease it for you and we should be sincere with our intentions because Allaah is fully aware of our capability and capacity.

The Quran is meant to be followed to the letter. And as Allaah said in the Quran, "Allaah would not make something obligatory upon you except that you are capable to do it"

It always saddened my heart that most present day muslim are too lazy in all aspect, to learn and also to implement all they like to emulate is d ---- world which is no where near and in no way better compare to d islamic rule nd law. Haba and I don't blame most cos most parent never direct deir children to d right path( the path of d prophet to dat of d salaf). I just pray almighty allah swt keep everyone on d straight path but it require aving d right aqeedah knowing nd learning from d right source cos hmmm alfa too much, arabic tutors nd language is common but the real islamic knowledge is missing (just like a visitor hmmmm the prophet mentioned it earlier)

“And say: ‘The truth is from your Lord.’ Then whosoever wills, let him believe; and whosoever wills, let him disbelieve  [al-Kahf 18:29

“Say: ‘O you mankind! Now truth (i.e. the Qur’aan and Prophet Muhammad), has come to you from your Lord. So whosoever receives guidance, he does so for the good of his own self; and whosoever goes astray, he does so to his own loss; and I am not (set) over you as a Wakeel (disposer of affairs to oblige you for guidance)’”[Yoonus 10:108]

“There is no compulsion in religion. Verily, the Right Path has become distinct from the wrong path. Whoever disbelieves in Taaghoot (false gods) and believes in Allaah, then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold that will never break” [al-Baqarah 2:256]

“Whosoever does righteous good deed, it is for (the benefit of) his ownself; and whosoever does evil, it is against his ownself. And your Lord is not at all unjust to (His) slaves”[Fussilat 41:46]

“Verily, proofs have come to you from your Lord, so whosoever sees, will do so for (the good of) his ownself, and whosoever blinds himself, will do so to his own harm, and I (Muhammad) am not a watcher over you”[al-An’aam 6:104]

“And the duty of the Messenger is only to convey (the Message) plainly”[al-‘Ankaboot 29:18]

O Allah, increase us in knowledge, and let not our heart deviate after You have guided us on the right path.
